Universal disaster precursor detection via HulyaPulse·Zeq OS·v1.287.002
The Universal Disaster Precursor Detection System (UDPDS) monitors 5 geophysical proxies — seismic activity (USGS/EMSC/IRIS), ionospheric TEC (GNSS), rainfall variance (NOAA GPM), volcanic tremor (GVP), and gravity anomalies (GRACE-FO) — for harmonic coherence at 1.287 Hz and 7 sub-harmonics. When the Universal Tension Phase φ exceeds 7.83, the system issues a disaster precursor alert with a 3-7 day window. Uses the full Hulyatic operator stack including QM1 wave superposition, GR35 spacetime dilation, CS43 spectral complexity, QL1 qualia tension weighting, and KO42.1 final tension release trigger.
